Steps of Loading: Manual & Auto Model
Controller: PLC based controller with application software HMI. The controller shall be supplied and PC interface data cable.
Bus Bars: The Busbar shall be of ETP grade copper as per BS 1432/ 1987.
Indication Lamps: Indication lamps for incoming supply & Aux supply ON/OFF, AC/DC breaker on/off, Cooling fans running and fails indications.
Interlocks & Protection: Over Voltage, short Circuit, Overload & Cooling fan failure , earth fault, High temperature inside load bank, AC Breaker with indicator.
Measuring Devices: For Load bank temperature, monitoring KW, Voltage, Current, Frequency – digital meters shall be provided. Separate device to be provided for measuring the transient reading of frequency and voltage in milli- seconds. All meters, measuring devices, Controls to be mounted in a console.
Wiring: Fire retardant cable shall be used. Fibre glass cable with Resistive Load Wiring.
Earthing: Provision of earthing of total equipment shall be provided.
Output: Multiple Output Terminals for connecting 2 DG Sets.
